The Spring Thing: Sober Spring With JOMO

With more people embracing mindful drinking or sobriety across the entire year, not just during Dry January, we at JOMO have decided to launch The Spring Thing!

Think about it as Spring Cleaning for your life, an extended period of sobriety across Spring to re-evaluate your relationship with alcohol in a fun, mindful, joyful way.

For just £4.52 a day over 3 months, this programme is designed to help you come away with a clearer picture - whatever that picture may be.

What you can expect:

✅ Three months of sobriety over Spring (20th March-20th June) with an accountability group. This is designed to help you map out your progress, goals and keep things on track for maximum motivation!

✅ Support throughout designed to not only keep you inspired, but also to help you delve into how you are feeling each week, tips & tricks to enjoy this experience and to keep you feeling mindful about the journey.

✅ Alcohol-free drinks to discover and enjoy, along with recipes. Discounts off some key brands.

✅ Handbook each month with real-life journeys around sobriety and mindful drinking and the month to come mapped out to get the most from the experience.

✅ 1 group session each month to share challenges, successes and to all share together! This is informal and a way to learn and grow together.

✅ At the end, you should have a clearer understanding about your relationship with alcohol. Do you want to cut it out, do you want to moderate - having this break will allow you to see the benefits and drawbacks of each path to make a mindful, informed decision.

✅ A mindful journal sent to your home to log your Spring Thing journey

✅ 3 e-handbooks designed with tips, tricks, real life sobriety journeys at the start of each month to read during the month to come. Each one is designed for the stage you are at.

✅ 3 alcohol-free spirits to be sent to you to delve into with hand-knitted spring bottle hats, along with recipes for each. (also discounts off your favourite brands!)

✅ 3 group online sessions to look at accountability (the best way to motivate!), to share challenges and successes and to look at the month ahead. What’s worked for people, what’s not worked.

✅ Whatsapp group created with everyone taking part so you can share your thoughts and them run past the group. That friend is trying to convince you to have ‘just one’? Pop it on the chat!
